Privacy notice
How this website collects, uses and protects the information you send through its forms and by WhatsApp, and how to ask for it to be deleted.

Who is responsible
This website belongs to Ricardo Salazar, REALTOR®, a real estate sales agent licensed in Texas (TREC license 643769), sponsored by RCR Real Connect Realty.

What we collect
What you give us
When you send a form: your name, email, phone or WhatsApp number, country of residence, how you prefer to be contacted, the investments you are interested in, an approximate budget, when you plan to buy, how you plan to pay and your message. If you write from a property or from the calculator, we also receive that property's MLS number and page, or the numbers you entered in the calculator. We record that you accepted to be contacted, with the text you accepted.
What is sent automatically with a form
The language of the page, your browser type (user agent), the page of this site you sent it from, and the date and time. We do not store your IP address with your inquiry. Like most websites, the hosting server may keep standard technical logs (such as IP addresses and pages requested) for security and troubleshooting.
To stop automated spam, the server counts the forms sent from each connection during the last hour. For that count it keeps, for about an hour, only an irreversible code (a hash) made from the IP address: never the address itself, and never next to your inquiry.
What we never ask for here
This site does not ask for bank or card numbers, passwords or government ID numbers. Please do not include them in your message.
How we use it
- To reply to your inquiry through the channel you chose.
- To send you the properties and information you asked for, and to schedule and prepare your consultation.
- To follow up on your search while you are working with Ricardo.
- To meet legal and regulatory obligations, such as the record-keeping rules for real estate in Texas.
We will not add you to newsletters or marketing lists unless you ask for it.
Who we share it with
- Ricardo's sponsoring brokerage (RCR Real Connect Realty), which supervises his work as a licensed agent.
- The providers that run this site, only so they can provide that service: the web host, and TwoQM Central, the lead-management service that stores your inquiry and sends it to Ricardo by email (through its email delivery provider).
- With your permission, the professionals involved in your purchase (for example the lender, title company, inspector or property manager), and only what each one needs.
- Authorities, when the law requires it.
We do not sell your personal information.
If you write to Ricardo on WhatsApp (+1 (956) 592-5052), he receives your phone number, your profile name and whatever you send. The buttons on this site only open WhatsApp with a short message about properties or numbers; you decide whether to send it. WhatsApp is a service of WhatsApp LLC (Meta) with its own privacy policy.
Cookies and storage
This site uses only what it needs to work. It does not use advertising cookies.

You can delete cookies and local storage at any time from your browser settings. The site keeps working; you would only need to choose your language again.
Analytics
This site does not use analytics right now. If we turn on a tool such as Google Analytics, we will list it here and in the table above before it runs.
How long we keep it
We keep your inquiry while we are helping you, and afterwards only as long as Texas real estate rules or other laws require records to be kept. When it is no longer needed, we delete it. You can ask us to delete it sooner, unless the law requires us to keep it.
Messages that the spam filter flags are kept apart, so that a real message caught by mistake is not lost, and are deleted on the same terms.
Your rights and deletion
Wherever you live, you can ask us to show you the information we have about you, correct it, delete it, or stop using it (in Mexico these are known as ARCO rights: access, rectification, cancellation and opposition). You can also withdraw your consent to be contacted at any time.
To do it, write to [email protected], send a WhatsApp message to +1 (956) 592-5052 or use the contact form with the word "Privacy". We may ask you to confirm your identity first, so that nobody else can see or delete your information.
Security
Inquiries are stored on this site's server, in a location that is not publicly accessible, and in TwoQM Central. Only Ricardo and the people who maintain the site can reach them. No system is completely secure, so we keep only what we need.
This site is meant for adults and does not knowingly collect information from minors.
Changes
If we change this notice, we will update the date at the top of this page. If the change is important, we will also say so on the site.
