What happens in the first conversation?
Ricardo asks about your goals, budget, timeline and how you plan to pay, explains how buying from Mexico works, and suggests areas and strategies worth a look. There is no obligation to continue.
How is Ricardo paid?
Before you tour properties together, you sign a written buyer representation agreement that sets out his services and his compensation. Ricardo walks you through it before you sign anything.
Do I need to travel to Brownsville to buy?
Not always. Ricardo can show you properties on a video call and send photos and notes, and the title company can coordinate signing from a distance. Some documents must be notarized; the title company tells you how in your case.
In which language do we work?
Spanish or English, whichever you prefer. Texas contracts are generally in English; Ricardo explains each one to you in Spanish.
